His journey, from pioneering infrastructure design to federal policy development, has led him to his current role as Managing Partner of DigitA. As Former Senior Special Assistant on Digital Transformation to the President of Nigeria, Oswald drove the groundbreaking Nigeria Startup Act (NSA), shaping the nation's tech ecosystem. He co-founded DBH Africa, a market leader in West African Infrastructure. With roles at UBA Group and Goldman Sachs, Oswald's track record in delivering strategic initiatives is stellar. He holds a Master's in Telecommunications/Computer Science and a bachelor’s in biology.
